Why choose Fiber Pools & Spas?

Manufacturing Technology

Every reason to choose an exceptional pool for your family.

More than 20 years of innovation and engineering have led to the development of Granita™ Technology, an exclusive construction system that raises the global standard in high performance monolithic pools.

Granita™ Technology combines a reinforced structural core, a high density mineral finish, and a precision engineered manufacturing process, delivering exceptional strength, long term structural stability, and superior durability.

Engineered to perform across a wide range of climate conditions and soil types, Fiber pools provide safety, longevity, and distinctive beauty anywhere in the world.

Fiber Pools Factory

Our Granita™ pools carry International Quality Certification

Fiber pools were tested and approved in the following areas:
• tensile strength • flexibility • hardness • impact • discoloration and chemical resistance

ICC International Certification (International Code Council)

Proven quality in the laboratory

Fiber is a fiberglass pool manufacturer that subjected its products to a rigorous, comprehensive laboratory testing program conducted according to recognized international standards. All tests were performed on the Granita™ finish, Fiber’s exclusive surface technology, and the results proved its chemical, mechanical, and structural resistance above industry standards. These tests were designed to simulate up to 10 years of exposure to sun, weather, and chemicals, reproducing the real conditions of use for a residential pool. Thanks to this technical performance, Fiber pools earned the ICC (International Code Council) international certification, recognized in the United States, Saudi Arabia, and many other countries. This seal guarantees that Fiber products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and durability required in the global market.

Tests performed

Tests performed in Fiber Pools & Spas
Samples of the Granita™ finish were subjected to a series of rigorous analyses that reproduce real use and exposure conditions:
  • Chemical resistance: prolonged contact with products such as cyanuric acid, dichloroisocyanurate and calcium hypochlorite without showing discoloration, cracking, or deformation.
  • Mechanical tests: tensile, flexion, and impact tests showed that the material maintains its structural integrity and stiffness even after chemical exposure.
  • Hardness and ash content: confirmed the material’s density and homogeneous composition, ensuring greater durability and abrasion resistance.
These results confirm that the Granita™ finish offers superior resistance to chemical agents and mechanical stress — an exclusive advantage of Fiber pools.

Results that speak for themselves

The tests showed that the Granita™ material:
  • Maintains dimensional stability, with no perceptible changes after exposure to chemicals commonly used in pools
  • Has a high elastic modulus and excellent tensile and flexural strength, indicating a solid, reliable structure
  • Exhibits impact resistance greater than 64 kJ/m², reinforcing its safety and durability in daily use
  • Shows high surface hardness (Barcol 38–39), protecting the pool against scratches and wear

In summary: every Fiber pool goes through a manufacturing and quality-control process that turns Granita™ technology into a new standard of excellence in the industry.
